ReForma innovations on the jobsite of the business-centre CITY-4 in the business district Moscow-City

PRIME class multifunctional office complex CITY-4 is located in the very centre of Moscow-City. 

ReForma company has delivered equipment and provided technical support for the CITY-4 office complex, project manager Valentin Pobyivovk. 

The project involved the following systems:
    •  Wind shields Xclimb 60
    •  Load-bearing platforms Xclimb 60
    •  ТОР50 canopies

A specific feature and the main technological achievement of the project was the first use of inclined facade wind shields Xclimb 60 in Moscow. The engineeres implemented a complex configuration: the wind shields were installed not only at a standard angle from the building but also in a uniqely inclined configuration, which required the supreme precision in calculations and installation. This solution allowed the system to be perfectly adapted to the complex architecture of the building, ensuring maximum safety and precision at all sections. 

“The CITY 4 project has become a milestone for demonstration of the wide range of our Xclimb 60 system capabilities," notes ReForma lead engineer Marina Slastyonkina, "we have demonstrated that the system is not just a set of standard solutions but a flexible instrument capable of solving non-routine tasks of any complexity".

An important aspect of this project has become use of the home-produced hydraulic unit Xclimb 60 that is a complete analogue of the Austrian equipment, which confirms high level of localization and reliability of the equipment. 

Successful implementation of this project confirms status of ReForma as provider of comprehensive innovative solutions and opens new possibilities for the use of Xclimb 60 systems for the most complex and architecturally significant projects.
